Response
For each unit, you will write a 1-page response. Responses should have the following structure: the first section will describe the pharmacological mechanism of action of the drug or the class of drugs from that unit, and the second section will connect that drug or class of drugs to something in your life or in the world. Examples of this connection could be a particular song, an event in history, a personal experience, an interaction with a friend or family member, a book, a poem, a news article, or a Reddit thread. Please provide me with a way to read/experience your ‘connection’, if possible (i.e. provide a copy of an article, a link to a song, a Wikipedia overview of a book, etc). Please do not put your name on your response—put your Notre Dame ID number instead. I do this to reduce the effect of my own bias on your grade. Responses should be written in 12 point Arial font, single-spaced, with 1” margins on all sides. Your intended audience for this response is a Notre Dame NSBH who has not yet taken this course (i.e. you can assume a reasonably in-depth background and proper technical terminology is required in your response). Responses are due at midnight.
