Completion of Components 10 pts	10 Student has completed the appropriate requirements for goal statement components and has provided thoughtful, complete responses to goal reviews.	9 Student has completed the appropriate requirements for goal statements review, but some answers could be more fully developed.	8 Student is missing one component to goal statement process OR some answers lack thoughtful responses.	7 Student is missing more than one component to goal statement process OR many answers lack thoughtful responses.	0 Student has not completed the appropriate requirements for goal statement review.
Reflection Content (x2) 20 pts	10 Summative reflection identifies central themes in goal statement review; analysis supported by thoughtful interpretation and personal examples relating to the student’s spiritual and human formation.	9 Summative reflection identifies central themes to the goal statement review; reflection either contains some areas of insufficient or unclear interpretation or few examples.	8 Summative reflection identifies central themes to the goal statement work; insufficient or unclear interpretation or examples support the theme.	7 Clear theme identified, but unsupported by interpretation or examples; or, supporting interpretation or examples do not advance one central theme.	0 Neither theme nor interpretation/examples are articulated clearly.
