Content 55 % Three elements	Excellent There is a hook that grabs our attention. The message involves a story. There is a clear take-away.	Fair One of the three elements is weak or missing.	Poor Two of the three elements are weak or missing.
Composition 15 % Use of text, images, and design	Excellent On all but one or two slides: Little or no text is used; six words max per slide. Most of the images add meaning, rather than simply decorating. Makes good use of color, contrast, and empty space.	Fair Three to seven slides have issues with text, images, or design.	Poor More than seven slides have issues with text, images, or design.
Presentation 15 % Notes, attire, voice, rehearsal video	Excellent Only one or two small complaints with the following: minimal use of notes, business casual attire, natural and clear voices, timely rehearsal video.	Fair Two of the following: significant use of notes, inappropriate attire, voice issues, late rehearsal video.
