Bread Assess the quality of the bread and the quantity of options available.	Poor Bread is stale, no options for selecting type of bread (i.e., only white, no wheat or other options)	Fair Bread is fairly fresh. There are limited options for selection of type (white or wheat, no other options)	Good Bread is fresh-baked. Multiple options of type: white, whole wheat, multi-grain, and other options as well.
Meat Assess the quality of the meat, options available, and options for those who prefer to avoid meat.	Poor Single meat option. No healthful options available. Meat quality is questionable.	Fair Meat options available, but quality is questionable. Dry edges or other indicators of poor quality visible.	Good Wide variety of meats available. All appear fresh. Options for non-meat eaters also available.
Condiments/Toppings Assess the quality and quantity of toppings. Make a determination of the level of customization by the customer.	Poor Few toppings available. Limited options for combinations. Some standards options not available (i.e., no cheese).	Fair Multiple topping and condiment options, but quality of some appear to be lacking.	Good Multiple toppings and condiments readily available and visible. All appear fresh and appealing. Multiple options for choices. Customer can fully customize.
