The leader does not conduct an adequate enrollment history analysis. Less than two years of data is included and not all of the grades served are included. No visual representation is included. Four or more analysis errors occurred.

The leader conducts an enrollment history analysis that includes two years of enrollment data and/or does not include all of the grades served in their school. Only one visual representation is included. Two or three analysis errors occurred.

The leader conducts an enrollment history analysis that includes data for a three to five-year period. The analysis may be missing one grade level served at the leaders school. One or two errors in the analysis may be present. Two visual representations are included, i.e. bar or line graph; one to depict the enrollment and one to show the retention

The leader conducts an enrollment history analysis that includes data for a five-year period. The analysis is accurate and includes all grades served at the leader’s school. Two visual representations are included, i.e. bar or line graph; one to depict the enrollment and one to show the retention.

The leader is missing the future enrollment projection and/or two of the following: the enrollment strategy or support from the the enrollment history, retention rate, or contextual factors.

The leader completes a future enrollment projection based on the enrollment history analysis but did not identify an enrollment strategy. Limited support is provided from the enrollment history, retention rate, contextual factors, and future enrollment projections.

The leader completes a logical future enrollment projection based on the enrollment history analysis. One enrollment strategy is identified. Some support is provided from the enrollment history, retention rate, contextual factors, and future enrollment projections.

The leader completes a logical future enrollment projection based on the enrollment history analysis. The future enrollment strategies include a strong rationale for why they were selected. It includes support based on the enrollment history, retention rate, contextual factors, and future enrollment projections.
